Key Roles and Responsibilities;
- Administer Findings making process and different types of findings
- Ability to assess machine and tools requirement for findings making
- Understand customer’s requirement as passed on by the marketing and sales team
- Allocate work requirement to each department supervisor
- Assess metal loss during various stages of production and develop systems to control.
- Take corrective action required for anticipated or actual problems and delays
- Assess various equipment and tools requirement and ensure that right tools and equipment are used for the purpose
- Ensure adherence to job sheet schedule and requirements
- Experience in different methods and techniques involved in making the findings
- Achieve target movement from one department to another as planned
- Assaying methods to determine purity of gold
- Ability to check soldering techniques in findings making
- Conduct random quality checks at different stages
- Assist on production when there is a technical issue and take corrective and preventive action.
- Handle technical issues during production and provide solution
- Analyse daily production data and identify areas for improvements.
- Identify number of rework employee wise, train employees and ensure technical ability is enhanced.
- Ability to assess potential work hazards, particularly, when using hand and machine tools.
- Assist in preparing product catalogue for marketing
- Motivate workers to achieve the planned production output
- Assess people technical skills and identify areas for improvement.
- Operate computer system and software packages to document production data and analyse
- Ensure daily production target is met
