Collection Telecaller
Contact customers for overdue payments, follow up on outstanding dues, negotiate payment commitments, and update records in the system.
Requirements: Good communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Email, and data management. Prior collection/telecalling experience preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
