Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Manager to handle daily workshop operations at our authorized service center. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team handling skills, and experience in automobile service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete workshop and service operations efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with quality service
- Handle workshop technicians, supervisors, and service staff
- Monitor daily productivity and workshop performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service-related complaints
- Maintain service quality standards as per company guidelines
- Coordinate with spare parts and service advisors for smooth workflow
- Monitor job card process, pending vehicles, and workshop loading
- Ensure proper implementation of safety and discipline in workshop
- Maintain MIS reports, productivity reports, and service records
- Achieve workshop revenue, labor targets, and efficiency targets
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech Mechanical / Polytechnic Mechanical
- Minimum 3–4 years experience in automobile workshop/service center
- Good technical and leadership skills
- Knowledge of automobile service process and workshop management
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
