Role Overview:
We are seeking a DGPS Surveyor – Application Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support our clients in DGPS equipment training, installation, and demonstrations. The role is focused on enabling customers to effectively use DGPS technology, ensuring smooth deployment and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct training sessions for clients on DGPS equipment usage and workflows.
2.Perform installation and setup of DGPS instruments at client sites.
3.Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase equipment capabilities.
4.Provide basic troubleshooting and operational support during installations and demos.
5.Document training and demo activities, preparing user guides and reports.
6.Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Qualifications:
1.Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Geomatics / Surveying / Geography or related field.
2.1–2 years of hands-on experience in DGPS surveying.
3.Proficiency in DGPS equipment operation and basic GIS/CAD software.
4.Strong knowledge of surveying workflows, coordinate systems, and mapping techniques.
5.Ability to travel to project sites and work in field conditions.
6.Good communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
Preferred Attributes:
1.Confident in conducting client-facing training and demos.
2.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
3.Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner.
4.Familiarity with other geospatial tools (Total Station, UAVs, GIS software) is an advantage.
