Job Title: Franchise Executive
Job Overview: We are looking for a Franchise Executive to support the expansion of Circle of Crust by identifying potential franchise partners and managing relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.
Key Responsibilities: ∙Identify and generate leads for potential franchise partners ∙Connect with interested prospects and explain the franchise model ∙Coordinate meetings, site visits, and follow-ups ∙Assist in franchise onboarding and documentation process ∙Maintain relationships with existing franchise partners ∙Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise setup ∙Track and update franchise pipeline and reports
Requirements: ∙
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise management ∙Good communication and interpersonal skills ∙Ability to convince and negotiate with clients ∙Organized and detail-oriented ∙Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Preferred: ∙Experience in F&B or franchise-based business ∙Strong networking skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
