Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and professional Front Desk Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will welcome visitors, manage incoming communications, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet and welcome clients, guests, and vendors with positive energy upon arrival.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while managing the general company email inbox.
- Check-In Procedures: Manage guest sign-in logs, verify visitor identification, and issue security badges following established safety protocols.
- Administrative Support: Provide clerical assistance including data entry, copying, scanning, and digital filing for various departments.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
