Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our Volvo dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring a premium customer experience, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails) in a professional manner
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Coordinate with sales and service teams to address customer needs
Follow up with customers for feedback, service reminders, and relationship building
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary
1–2 years of experience in customer service / customer relations (automobile industry preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Language Requirements (Mandatory):
English, Hindi, Gujarati
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any field (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or related)
Additional Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
Experience with CRM software is an advantage
Presentable personality with a professional attitude
