Purchase Engineer -
1) To prepare all the purchase orders.
2) To procure stationary items/printing item/software spares.
3) To educate suppliers regarding taxes and govt liabilities.
4) To send Cheque / payment to suppliers.
5) To send bills to main store and co-ordinate with them
6) To prepare comparative charges
7) To maintain and keep proper records.
8) To take care of filling system of purchase order.
9) House keeping and 5 S activity.
10) To resolve system problem in software.
11) To follow up with transporter for getting material.
12) To develop new suppliers / vendors.
13) To follow up for payment to suppliers.
14) To prepare advance slips
Knowledge , Skills & Attributes Required :
· Dip / Degree in Mech / Electrical Engineering
· Minimum 1-2 years Experience in Purchase
· Able to Manage Material & Financial Resources
· Proficiency in computers
· Good in Mathematical Reasoning
· demonstrate sound work ethics
· Ability to work extended hours
· Service Orientation
· Good knowledge of local market
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
