We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, conduct inspections, manage inventory, and maintain service quality in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and monitor productivity.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and order housekeeping supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain housekeeping records, reports, and attendance logs.
- Coordinate with maintenance and front-office teams for smooth operations.
- Assist housekeeping staff during peak periods or staff shortages.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
