Prop Tech & Research Interns
Duration: 6 Months
Qualification: Final Year Students / Graduates in BBA, MBA or B.Com
Stipend: ₹20,000 per month (₹2.4 LPA equivalent) + Performance Incentives
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor research.
- Support property data collection and analysis.
- Assist in preparing valuation and investment reports.
- Maintain CRM and client databases.
- Support AI-powered property intelligence initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations and business analytics.
Required Skills: Analytical thinking, Excel proficiency, research orientation and attention to
detail.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
