Preschool Franchise Manager
Location: Vasundhara, Ghaziabad
Sanfort Group of Schools is hiring an energetic and target-driven Preschool Franchise Manager to expand our preschool franchise network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage franchise sales leads.
- Conduct calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective franchise partners.
- Convert leads into successful franchise closures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate the franchise onboarding and setup process.
- Maintain CRM, MIS, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Institutional Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong follow-up, lead conversion, and closing abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
