- Machine Operation: Start, run, and adjust automated packaging equipment to meet production schedules.
- Product Quality Control: Inspect finished packages for correct weight, labelling, and sealing integrity, removing defective products.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform daily checks, clean equipment, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to prevent downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely production logs, including downtime and output data.
- Education: High school diploma or ITI.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or operating packaging machinery.
- Technical Skills: Basic troubleshooting abilities and understanding of mechanical components.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift, carry, and move, or lift packages of varying weights.
