Salary: 60,000.00 to 70,000.00 INR
- Supervise daily civil maintenance activities and site work.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair works.
- Monitor civil works such as concrete, masonry, plastering, tiling, and painting.
- Inspect buildings, structures, and facilities to identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure all work is completed according to quality and safety standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports and maintain records of completed work.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Follow company safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at the site.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
