We are looking for a competent Business Development Executive/Manager to execute and manage the sales and business development activities for our solutions. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English, has a passion in IT sales. The candidate with prior experience in B2B IT sales or experience in the Banking industry would have more preference. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to generate revenue and grow our customer base. The candidate should be proactive, confident, and have excellent communication skills.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients in Banking Industry
- Actively seek new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Work with internal teams to identify areas for growth and new revenue streams
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Manage client accounts and maintain ongoing relationships
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition
- Fluent in English and Hindi is a must.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT sales and B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in BFSI sector is a plus
