Job Title: CASA Sales Officer
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused CASA Sales Officer to join our growing retail banking team in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers, building strong client relationships, and cross-selling banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Identify potential individual and business clients to open new Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA).
- Direct Sales & Prospecting: Conduct field visits, cold calling, and local lead generation activities across Bhubaneswar to meet sales targets.
- Product Cross-Selling: Introduce and cross-sell additional financial products such as Fixed Deposits, credit cards, insurance, and third-party investment products.
- Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships with newly onboarded and existing accounts to ensure high customer retention and engagement.
- Compliance & KYC: Collect, verify, and complete necessary documentation and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements as per banking norms.
- Market Engagement: Participate in local promotional events, society drives, and corporate visits to build brand awareness and pipeline leads.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduation is required).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in CASA sales, direct sales, or financial product distribution (Retail Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Telecom sales preferred).
- Location: Candidates residing in or willing to work across Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Proven track record in field sales and lead conversion.
- Good knowledge of retail banking products and regulatory compliance.
- Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
