We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Staff member to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning by handling clerical tasks, maintaining records, and assisting team members as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
- Support other departments with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with sales
- Perform basic accounting activities
Required Qualifications
- Any degree
- Basic knowledge in accounting
- Proven experience in an administrative or office role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
