Interior Site Engineer – Luxury Interiors
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 4–8 Years
We are hiring an experienced Interior Site Engineer with strong expertise in luxury residential and premium commercial interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute interior site works as per drawings, BOQ, and timelines
- Supervise carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, marble, painting, electrical, and plumbing works
- Ensure premium finish quality in veneer, marble, PU/duco, glass, and metal works
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, designers, and MEP teams
- Manage site measurements, material planning, and daily progress reporting
- Handle snag closure and final handover
- Ensure timely delivery with zero compromise on luxury detailing
Requirements
- 4–8 years in luxury interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of site execution, BOQ, and finishing materials
- Experience in villas, premium apartments, offices, or hospitality interiors
- Good communication and vendor management skills
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
