We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Part-Time Accounts Executive to join our team at our Gurugram office. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who can efficiently manage financial operations across multiple entities while maintaining complete confidentiality and accuracy.
The position involves handling the accounting functions of both a Foundation and a Private Limited Company, along with supporting selected personal financial matters for senior management.
Role Summary
The successful candidate will oversee routine accounting, statutory compliance, financial documentation, and reporting activities. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple financial responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping for the Foundation and Private Limited Company.
- Generate and maintain invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries, and supporting documentation.
- Perform periodic bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and file statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC-related requirements.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and other financial summaries.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely availability of financial documents during audits.
- Maintain accurate records of grants, donations, project expenditures, and organizational expenses.
- Handle the Director's personal financial records, reimbursements, and investment-related documentation with complete discretion.
- Ensure systematic filing and maintenance of all financial records and statutory documents.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Ability to independently manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience managing accounts for both a Section 8 Company/Trust/Foundation and a Private Limited Company.
- Experience handling personal financial records for business owners or senior management will be considered an advantage.

This is a part-time office-based role, and the selected candidate is expected to be available during mutually agreed working hours. Candidates should be comfortable sharing their screen while working on financial records whenever required for review or collaboration.
