We are seeking a professional and diplomatic Liaison Officer to act as the primary point of contact between our company and external stakeholders, including government bodies, regulatory agencies, and business partners. The successful candidate will ensure seamless communication, foster strong relationships, and navigate administrative and regulatory landscapes to support our operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Build and maintain productive, long-term relationships with key external stakeholders and government officials.
Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations affecting company operations.
Administrative Coordination: Manage documentation, permit applications, and licensing processes required for business activities.
Communication Bridge: Act as an intermediary to resolve conflicts, negotiate terms, and provide clear updates to both internal leadership and external partners.
Strategic Reporting: Provide management with timely updates.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential roadblocks in external interactions and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays.
Required Qualifications
Education: Graduate
Experience: 5 years of experience in a liaison, public relations, or business development role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be able to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Interpersonal Skills: High level of emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local laws, governmental processes, and industry-specific regulations.
Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Preferred Skills
Fluency in English and Konkani to assist with community or regional relations.
Strong networking capabilities and a pre-existing contact base.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
