About the Role
Vision One Solutions is looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This internship provides practical experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities.
Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR preferred).
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
