Job Description:
Intellinum Inc is seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) – Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 4–10 years of post-qualification experience in end-to-end accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing books of accounts, financial reporting, compliance, and a proven ability to independently lead and optimize the Accounts Payable (AP) function.
Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Handle end-to-end accounting including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.

Ensure timely closing of books and accuracy of reported numbers.

Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audit processes.

Accounts Payable Leadership
-
Manage and oversee the complete AP cycle – invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, payment scheduling, and TDS compliance.

Review and enhance AP processes for efficiency and internal controls.

Compliance & Taxation
-
Support timely submission of TDS, GST, and other statutory filings.

Maintain records and documentation required for internal controls and audits.

Process Improvements & Automation
-
Identify opportunities for automation in the AP process and accounting workflows.

Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement best practices and tools.
Required Qualifications:
-
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in accounting and AP management

Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage a small team and work cross-functionally
Preferred Skills:

Experience in a mid-size organization, preferably in IT industry

Experience in Oracle Finance Module will be added advantage

Exposure to internal control frameworks

Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
