Join the GenAI & Automation team to help design and build AI-assisted solutions that enhance accounting, reconciliation, analytics, reporting, and operational workflows. This role focuses on leveraging Generative AI, automation technologies, and low-code platforms to simplify complex business processes while maintaining strong controls, governance, and compliance standards.

- Building GenAI-driven solutions for real business challenges across accounting, reconciliations, analytics, reporting, and business operations
- Experimenting with Large Language Models (LLMs) for summarization, classification, information extraction, and workflow enhancement
- Supporting end-to-end workflow automation using Python, Microsoft Power Platform, and other automation technologies
- Managing and transforming structured and unstructured data from multiple enterprise systems
- Improving process efficiency through AI-assisted decision support and intelligent automation
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Applications or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in AI, automation, data analytics, and digital transformation
- Exposure to business processes, finance, accounting, reporting, operations, or technology through academics, internships, projects, or work experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with SQL, including joins, aggregations, filtering, and data validation techniques
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Understanding of accounting, reconciliation, reporting, financial controls, or business operations processes
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows
- Ability to think in process flows and identify automation opportunities
- Experience with Excel, data visualization, analytics tools, or business intelligence platforms
- Certifications, coursework, or projects related to AI, analytics, automation, finance technology, or data science
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, or workflow orchestration tools is a plus
Understanding of governance, controls, audit requirements, or regulated business environments is advantageous
