Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and maintain academic records. Use innovative teaching methodologies and technology to enhance learning. Communicate effectively with parents and participate in PTMs. Collaborate with colleagues in planning and school activities. Maintain discipline while encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and values.
