The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and digital scaling across our client portfolio. In this role, you will architect, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns while working closely with strategic leadership to align marketing metrics with overarching business and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Design, launch, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms tailored to specific client verticals.
- Advanced Search Strategy: Integrate traditional paid strategies with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and search-driven insights to maximize client share of voice.
- Data & Automation Integration: Work alongside technical infrastructure to leverage CRM and automation tools (such as n8n, Salesforce, and data clouds like Snowflake) for efficient lead-nurturing workflows and closed-loop reporting.
- Strategic Scaling: Drive high-stakes client initiatives, including new location launches, offline revenue conversion strategies, and large-scale digital fundraising campaigns.
- Analytics & Client Reporting: Build granular, transparent dashboards tracking CPA, ROAS, and overall ROI. Translate complex campaign data into actionable insights for client leadership reviews.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency, consultancy, or high-growth environment handling varied accounts.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Automation Mindset: Familiarity with business automation workflows and a strong understanding of how marketing data integrates with broader technical infrastructure.
- Industry Agility: Proven track record of adapting strategies across different business models (B2B lead generation, B2C quick-commerce, healthcare, etc.).
- Communication: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to articulate complex marketing strategies and data narratives clearly and confidently.
