Job Description: Client Relationship Manager/ Relationship and Sales Coordinator (Wedding Industry)
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves office-based work and field work, focusing on client relationship management, strategic partnerships, and sales growth within the wedding and events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Google Meet/online meetings with clients and partners to understand requirements and present photography and related service offerings.
- Build and manage relationships with wedding planners, venues, and event partners. Handle client communication, follow-ups, proposals, and coordination.
- Maintain records of leads, partnerships, and sales performance. Analyze market trends and share insights with management.
- Visit clients, venues, or partners for in-person meetings when required.
- Support relationship strengthening and deal closures through on-ground interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or client relationship management (wedding/event industry preferred).
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Graduate with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with both virtual and field meetings.
