Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Presales & Telecalling Executive to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate calling, lead generation, cold calling, customer engagement, and follow-up activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and site visit schedules.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate.
- 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Presales/Telecalling.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and customer follow-up.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi; English will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
