Revolve Realty is a real estate mandate company growing rapidly in multiple verticals. We currently manage the entire sales and marketing mandates for multiple Co-living brands across Navi Mumbai & other cities.
We are looking for someone who takes on responsibility of a mandate, ownership of deal closures and team management, and eventually grows into someone who brings more business to the company.
What you'll start with: You'll be the Closing Manager on the ground at one of our Co-living properties during the booking season, managing the team, meeting clients, showing the property, handling objections, and closing bookings. Real conversations. Real pressure. Real results.
What you can grow into: If you perform well, you won't be doing this forever. Your next role is Business Development at Revolve Realty; bringing in new hostel and property clients, structuring mandates, and building a portfolio of your own. The ceiling is yours to define.
You're the right person if: You've sold something and have experience of the Real Estate industry. You find ways in, not reasons out. Your ability to act fast, take action, not sticking to the script and managing pressure of 10 clients a day. You speak well, think on your feet, and genuinely enjoy the push-and-pull of a real conversation.
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or direct sales is a plus but drive matters more than a resume.
