Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and online brand building.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content.
- Write compelling captions, posts, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and marketing campaigns.
- Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and other platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, services, and company initiatives.
- Generate ideas to improve audience engagement and brand awareness.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing.
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of analytics and social media insights.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.
- Experience with content planning and campaign execution.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.

Pay: ₹10,986.32 - ₹20,691.47 per month
