Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice support.
- Deliver excellent customer service while resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction on every call.
- Update customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate teams when required.
- Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice BPO (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
