Role Brief
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage the employee lifecycle from offer rollout to exit, ensuring smooth
HR operations and a positive employee experience. The role includes onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and exit
management, along with coordination with internal stakeholders for timely service delivery and accurate documentation.
Role & Responsibilities
Offer to Onboarding
- Manage offer rollout to joining
- Track offer acceptance and collect documents
- Coordinate with hiring managers, HR, admin, and IT
- Maintain trackers and ensure smooth onboarding
- Update the data into HRMS
HR Operation & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth processes and a positive
employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and documentation while ensuring consistency and
compliance.
- Handle key HR processes such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and support audit readiness.
- Oversee HR administration including employee letters, onboarding kits, and other lifecycle documentation.
- Improve employee experience by resolving HR queries quickly and ensuring timely support.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure adherence to all HR statutory and regulatory compliance requirements as per applicable laws like
PF,ESIC,POSH etc.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and audit-related files accurately.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely data availability.
Exit Management
- Manage the end-to-end employee exit process, ensuring smooth and structured separation.
- Coordinate resignation acceptance, clearance, and handover process with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely Full & Final (F&F) settlement, relieving letters, and exit documentation.
- Conduct exit interviews, capture feedback, and share insights for improving employee retention and
experience.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and Google Workspace
- Good communication and coordination skills

Education & Experience
- MBA in HR or equivalent
- 2-3 years for Executive
- 3-5 years for Senior Manager
