Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns through calls, emails, chats, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
- Record and update customer information, complaints, and service requests in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and queries.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
