Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil Projects who will be responsible for project handling, team management, site execution, vendor coordination, and overall operational management of civil construction projects. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in managing project timelines, site teams, reporting, and coordination between departments.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Handle complete execution and coordination of civil projects
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, vendors, and project teams
- Track daily project progress and site requirements
- Coordinate with purchase and operations teams for materials and execution
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, orders, and deliveries
- Compare vendor quotations and pricing analysis
- Monitor Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and material movement
- Maintain project progress reports and documentation
- Identify project delays and report issues to management
- Schedule vendor and client meetings
- Maintain project database and update work progress in CRM/software
- Ensure smooth coordination between office, site, and purchase departments
- Ensure timely completion of projects with proper quality and executio
Required Skills :
- Strong project handling and team management skills
- Experience in civil site execution and operations
- Vendor coordination and material management knowledge
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting
Preferred Qualifications :
- B.Tech / Diploma Civil / Operations / Construction background preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in civil construction projects
- Experience in project coordination and site management mandatory
- Leadership and operational management experience preferred
