Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete administration operations of the company premises.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and facility management activities.
- Manage security operations including gate control, visitor management, material movement, and security staff monitoring.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and smooth day-to-day administrative functioning.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for admin-related services.
- Monitor office, plant, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Maintain AMC records, utility management, office assets, and administrative documentation.
- Handle vehicle management, driver coordination, fuel monitoring, and transport arrangements.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies related to administration and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of security arrangements, housekeeping standards, and facility conditions.
- Support management during audits, compliance checks, and emergency situations.
- Maintain records related to security incidents, visitor logs, vendor bills, and admin expenses.
- Coordinate event arrangements, meetings, guest handling, and employee support activities.
- Monitor attendance discipline and coordinate with HR for workforce-related administrative support.
- Ensure confidentiality, discipline, and professional conduct within administrative operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong administrative and security management experience.
- Good leadership and team handling capability.
- Knowledge of facility management and vendor coordination.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Administration & Security Management in industrial/manufacturing setup preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
