Job Description:
GetSet Tours and Travels is hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Calicut branch. The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing branch operations, and achieving business growth in the travel sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete branch operations and daily activities
- Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets
- Drive sales for holiday packages, visa services, and air ticketing
- Lead, train, and monitor the sales team
- Convert leads from Meta & Google Ads into successful bookings
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with Dubai & other branches
- Track performance and prepare sales reports
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in travel & tourism industry
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of visa processing, holiday packages & ticketing
- CRM/Traventry software knowledge is an added advantage
