Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving rooftop solar sales by generating leads, conducting site visits, explaining solar solutions, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth customer journey for residential, commercial, and MSME clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, channel partners, and local marketing activities.
Conduct customer meetings and explain rooftop solar solutions, subsidies, ROI, and net metering.
Coordinate site surveys with the technical/operations team.
Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM for leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with operations and finance teams for documentation and execution.
Track competitor activity and provide market feedback.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
Basic understanding of solar rooftop systems (training will be provided).
Familiarity with local Kerala market conditions.
Mandatory Requirements
Two-wheeler (own vehicle required)
Valid two-wheeler driving licence
Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (Sales, Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of field sales experience (solar/real estate/insurance preferred).
