Job Roles and Daily Tasks
- Fabrication Duties: Cut, bend, drill, punch, and shape copper and aluminum busbars.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and general assembly drawings.
- Assembly & Maintenance: Torque-controlled tightening, joint resistance testing, and control panel integration
- Requirements and Skills
- Qualification: ITI in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years working with power control center (PCC) or motor control center (MCC) panels.
- Safety & Tools: Knowledge of safe shop practices, hydraulic benders, punching machines, and multimeters. [1, 2, 3, 4]
