- Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process
- Creating employee training materials under the guidance of the learning and development manager
- Supporting the development of performance review processes and reward schemes
- Taking full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records
- Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods
- Attendance, Leave and Payroll Coordination
- Discipline and Employee Control
- Ensure compliance related to labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages, shops & establishment, contractor labour, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage day-to-day administration of Head Office, branch offices, farms, feed mill units, guest houses, staff accommodation, and other company premises.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, stationery, printing, transport, IT support, labour contractors, and other services.
- Coordinate with all units and branches for HR and admin-related requirements.
