Primary Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Nadi Tarangini solutions across assigned territories
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software and clinical modules
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, exhibitions, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and customer onboarding
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports
- Represent the company at conferences, CMEs, and promotional events
Professional Skills:
- Business development and consultative sales execution
- Lead generation, conversion management, and customer retention
- Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Field sales and territory management
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Doctor relationship and clinic engagement management
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, medical device, or SaaS sales
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Ability to conduct live product demonstrations
- Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills
- Experience in startup or fast-growing environments
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Ayurveda, Life Sciences, or related field
- MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred
- Sales, CRM, or Healthcare Marketing certifications preferred
Experience Required:
- 1–3 years in Sales or Business Development
- Preference for candidates from healthcare, Ayurveda, medical device, or wellness industries
Key Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively (15-17 days / month)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Passion for healthcare innovation and Ayurveda technology solutions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
