About The Vegan Republic
The Vegan Republic is building a home for the vegan community — a platform designed to make living vegan easier, richer and more connected.
We're starting with food and building toward a broader ecosystem for vegan products, services, businesses, experiences and community.
The Role
We're looking for a highly driven Growth & Operations Intern to help take The Vegan Republic from an idea and product into a real, growing operation in India.
This isn't a typical internship where you'll be given a list of small tasks. You'll work on real problems across growth, partnerships, customer discovery and operations, with significant ownership from the beginning.
You could be:
- Finding and onboarding chefs, kitchens and other partners
- Helping launch our initial operations in Gurugram
- Talking directly with customers and learning what they want
- Experimenting with ways to acquire and retain users
- Building relationships within the vegan community
- Researching and testing new opportunities for The Vegan Republic
- Solving sourcing, fulfillment and delivery challenges
- Turning what we learn on the ground into better processes and product decisions
- Taking an ambiguous problem and figuring out how to get it done
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for potential, not years of experience.
You don't need previous startup or operations experience. You don't need a particular degree or an impressive CV.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Entrepreneurial and exceptionally resourceful
- Hungry to learn, build and take ownership
- Comfortable figuring things out without a playbook
- A strong communicator who isn't afraid to reach out to people
- Able to move from thinking to execution quickly
- Deeply aligned with vegan ethics and our mission
- Willing to do the hands-on, sometimes unglamorous work required to build something from zero
