Job Title: Technical Support Executive – Marble & Tiles
Job Purpose
To provide technical support to customers and the sales team, help customers select the right products, and support the sales process from inquiry to order closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical information and guidance on marble, tiles, and related products.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products as per their project requirements.
- Support the sales team during customer meetings and project discussions.
- Explain product features, applications, and installation requirements to customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve product-related concerns.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project teams.
- Prepare product specifications, presentations, and technical documents when required.
- Follow up on inquiries and support the sales team in closing orders.
- Visit project sites for product inspections and technical support when needed.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in discipline (Civil).
- Experience in marble, tiles, ceramics, building materials, or construction industry preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of marble, tiles, and installation practices.
- Ability to work with sales and project teams.
- Willingness to travel for customer and site visits.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
