Maverick Power Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Program Manager to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery of power sector and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery
* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and government bodies for seamless project execution
* Prepare and maintain project schedules, status reports, MIS dashboards, and documentation using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Conduct and facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items
* Track project budgets, resource allocation, and risks; escalate issues proactively
* Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities as required for project approvals and compliance
* Maintain clear and professional communication in both English and Hindi across all levels
* Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities while maintaining quality standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in project/program management or a similar role
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (mandatory)
* Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written (mandatory)
* Good communication skills in Hindi – both spoken and written
* Ability to draft professional reports, presentations, and correspondence independently
* Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
* Proactive, self-driven, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Added Advantage (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
* Prior experience in stakeholder management and conducting client/vendor meetings
* Experience handling electrical, power, or energy sector projects
* Exposure to government projects, tenders, and regulatory processes
* Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
* PMP or equivalent project management certification
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
