Open Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement M&E systems, tools, and indicators
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection and quality checks
- Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Support donor reporting with verified data and evidence
- Document case studies, impact stories, and lessons learned
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and monitoring visits
- Support program teams with data-driven planning and decisions
- Ensure compliance with M&E standards and data integrity
- Lead and manage a team of 2 M&E executives
Qualifications
- Degree in Social Sciences / Statistics / Development Studies / related field
- 5-8 years M&E experience (NGO/Development sector preferred)
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and Excel/MIS skills
- Experience in donor reporting and program evaluation
- Good communication, documentation, and attention to detail
Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
