Job Overview
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to design modern, user-friendly web pages using Figma. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into visually appealing and functional web interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design responsive web pages and UI components using Figma
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
- Ensure designs are user-centric, clean, and conversion-focused
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Maintain design consistency across all pages and platforms
- Apply UX best practices for usability, accessibility, and performance
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs efficiently
- Prepare design assets and handoff files for development
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for websites
- Strong expertise in Figma (components, auto layout, prototypes)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience designing responsive web layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Ability to create design systems and style guides
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for better dev collaboration)
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹48,407.54 per month
