Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- PG / Masters in Cost / Project Management is added advantage.
Experience
- 7–15 years in Construction Project Management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through completion.
- Prepare & Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure timely project delivery and compliance with project specifications.
- Understand clients demand and Prepare feasibility Report.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Manage project risks, contracts, and stakeholder communications.

2. PROJECT ASSOCIATE
Qualification

- Assist Project Managers in project execution and coordination.
- Prepare & Monitor site progress and maintain project records.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams.
- Track project schedules and quality compliance.
- Prepare project reports and documentation.

3. PLANNING ENGINEER
Qualification

Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop project schedules and work breakdown structures.
- Prepare & Monitor project progress against baseline schedules.
- Prepare look-ahead plans and progress reports.
- Identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams for schedule updates.

Qualification

- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare documents for Bid Submission.
- Verify contractor bills and measurements.
- Cost estimation and budget monitoring.
- Analysis Labour Quote.
- Arrange timely material and Labours at site.
- Manage variations and change orders.
- Prepare priced BOQ & Support tendering.
- Contract administration activities.

- Monitor compliance with specifications and standards.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
- Coordinate testing and material approvals.
