The Customer Delight Representative (CDR) / Sales Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, driving sales conversions, and building long-term customer relationships through personalized service and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities Product Knowledge & Mastery
Strong knowledge of gold purity, diamonds, gemstones, pricing, and latest designs
Customer Interaction & Rapport Building
Understand customer needs, build trust, and maintain professional communication
Needs Discovery
Identify customer requirements, occasions, and preferences
Product Presentation
Present products effectively with proper handling and storytelling
Trial & Customer Experience
Assist customers in trying jewellery and enhance buying experience
Objection Handling
Handle price and decision concerns professionally
Sales Closing
Guide customers towards purchase and coordinate billing
Cross-Selling & Add-ons
Suggest complementary products without being pushy
Customer Relationship Building
Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Bridal & Occasion Sales
Handle multi-visit bridal customers with patience and expertise
After-Sales Service
Educate customers on care and maintain relationships
Inventory & Display
Maintain showcase cleanliness and stock accuracy
Coordination
Work with CRM, CRE, cashier, and workshop teams
Grooming & Etiquette
Maintain professional appearance and behavior
Daily Reporting
Track daily sales activities and performance
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales targets, conversion rate, average bill value, add-on sales, repeat customers, customer satisfaction
