About the Role
We are looking for a Content Associate to join our team.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Kolkata office.
Since we welcome fresh graduates, selected candidates will initially join as Content Associate Trainees. The trainee designation reflects our structured learning and mentoring approach—it is not an internship, apprenticeship, or contractual role.
During your first year, you'll receive hands-on guidance while working on live corporate projects. As you build your skills, you'll gradually take ownership of projects and client deliverables.
At the end of the trainee period, candidates who demonstrate strong learning ability, ownership, accountability, and performance will be absorbed into the organisation as Content Associates and continue their career growth with Gestalt.
What You'll Do
- Research leadership, business, psychology, communication, sales, and workplace behaviour topics
- Create training presentations, participant workbooks, case studies, and learning activities
- Support consultants on live corporate projects
- Prepare training reports, feedback analysis, and post-program documentation
- Use AI tools and Microsoft Office to improve research, content creation, and productivity
- Collaborate with the consulting team to create engaging learning experiences
Who Should Apply?

A background in Psychology is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
