Role Overview
The Gymnastics Coach is responsible for planning and delivering gymnastics sessions that promote skill development, physical fitness, and a positive learning experience for students across various age groups and ability levels. The coach will ensure the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer experience while supporting the academy's growth and operational objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Athlete Development
· Deliver gymnastics classes in accordance with the academy's curriculum and coaching methodology.
· Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate, and progressive training sessions.
· Assess athlete performance and provide constructive feedback to support development.
· Monitor student progress and maintain training records where required.
· Prepare athletes for internal assessments, showcases, competitions, and events as applicable.
Safety & Welfare
· Ensure all coaching sessions are conducted in a safe and controlled environment.
· Follow all academy safety protocols, risk management procedures, and child protection guidelines.
· Conduct equipment checks before and after sessions and promptly report any concerns.
· Maintain current knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
Parent & Customer Engagement
· Communicate professionally and effectively with parents regarding athlete progress and class expectations.
· Address routine parent queries in a courteous and timely manner.
· Support parent interactions during assessments, events, and academy activities.
Team Collaboration
· Work collaboratively with fellow coaches, center staff, and management.
· Participate in coach development programs, meetings, and training sessions.
· Contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive team culture.
Qualifications & Experience
· Certification in Gymnastics Coaching or related sports coaching qualification (BPed / MPed) preferred.
· Prior coaching experience in gymnastics, physical education, or children's sports programs preferred.
· Experience working with children across various age groups.

· Strong technical understanding of gymnastics fundamentals.

Working Conditions
· Time Schedule: 11 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Friday) and 8:30 AM to 5 PM (Saturdays), Week-Off (Sunday).
· Active role involving physical demonstration of gymnastics skills and prolonged periods of standing and movement
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
