Brand Content & Social Media Manager
Noida (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹3.6 – ₹4 LPA
We are looking for a creative and growth-focused Social Media Manager to handle content and social media for our brands in the beauty, salon, and technology space.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage content calendars
- Create and publish Reels, carousels, graphics, and short-form videos
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profiles
- Build and engage online communities
- Support lead generation and marketing campaigns
- Track performance and share monthly reports
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Social Media Marketing experience
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms
- Experience with Canva and short-form content creation
- Data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in beauty, wellness, salon, lifestyle, or startup sectors
- Founder branding experience
- Video editing and AI content tool knowledge
