Manage electrical maintenance activities in cold rolling mills, annealing furnaces, and PLC/SCADA systems.
Must have knowledge of AC/DC motors, SCADA, Software Installation N2 & LPG Plant
Knowledge of 66KV substation, SF6CB, VCB, Transformers & OLTC
Ensure efficient operation of breakdown maintenance processes to minimize downtime and optimize production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Develop and maintain documentation related to equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and safety procedures.
To be responsible for reduction of consumable cost
Follow up with purchase department and suppliers for supply of components/ parts as per specification
Liasoning with Punjab Electrical Board for proper supply of electricity to ensure proper power supply
