Job Summary
We are looking for a Screen Separation Designer (Apparel Printing) with hands-on experience creating screen separations and production-ready screens for garment screen printing. This is not a Graphic Designer role. Candidates must have practical experience preparing screens for apparel printing production.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare screen separations for garment and apparel screen printing.
- Create production-ready screens and print-ready artwork for screen printing.
- Convert artwork into printable screen layers with accurate color separations.
- Ensure proper color separations, trapping, registration marks, and print alignment.
- Prepare films and production files for screen making and printing.
- Coordinate with the screen-making and production teams to ensure smooth printing operations.
- Review artwork for print accuracy, quality, and production feasibility.
- Make revisions to artwork based on production requirements while meeting quality and delivery timelines.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of hands-on experience preparing screen separations/screens for garment screen printing.
- This is not a graphic design position. Applicants with only graphic design or digital design experience will not be considered.
- Experience with print screen design is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of screen printing processes and print-ready artwork preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
